If you haven’t guessed already my name is Ryan Pestano. I’m a technology and internet marketing geek. I have an obsession for learning and do most of it through practice and reading large quantities of non-fiction books and articles. This blog chronicles my obsessions through posts relating to these topics. Hopefully, you will find some of these posts useful.

I currently work as the Senior Manager of Platform Services in the Asia Pacific region for an advertising technology company called The MIG. In this role I work with several Interactive Marketing agencies across Asia to help them leverage the ZAP suite of products. This new role relocated me to the middle of Asia in Singapore.

Prior to moving to Singapore I was based in New York City and worked for Microsoft as a Sales Engineer and a Senior Search Media Analyst for Microsoft’s Search Engine – Bing.

I started my career as a Web Designer and Developer where my interest turned to internet marketing. I have a dual degree in Economics and Media Studies from Hunter College in NYC.
